Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and coordination of mechanical works on site
  • Review and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and specifications
  • Support site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with standards
  • Liaise with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical queries
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and mechanical codes
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including test reports and quality records
  • Assist in commissioning activities and troubleshooting mechanical systems
  • Contribute to risk assessments and method statements for mechanical works

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems and building services
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or mechanical design software is an advantage
  • Commitment to health & safety and quality standards
