Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordination of mechanical works on site
- Review and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Support site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with standards
- Liaise with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical queries
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and mechanical codes
- Maintain accurate documentation, including test reports and quality records
- Assist in commissioning activities and troubleshooting mechanical systems
- Contribute to risk assessments and method statements for mechanical works
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and building services
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or mechanical design software is an advantage
- Commitment to health & safety and quality standards
