Construction Equipment Salesperson, Suomen Rakennuskone, Pirkkala - Suomen Rakennuskone Oy - Pirkkala, Finland

We are looking for a construction equipment salesperson for our Pirkkala location on a permanent basis. The main responsibilities include providing high-quality customer service, achieving successful sales, and ensuring continuous development of customer experience and sales. The work is primarily mobile, and you will spend most of your week with customers in Pirkanmaa and nearby areas. Your task is to identify customer needs and find the most suitable and best solutions for them. We expect you to see yourself as best in solution sales, where your positive and firm attitude, along with excellent communication skills, will help you handle various situations with people. You will work closely with mechanics, maintenance, and spare parts sales staff, actively contact customers, participate in customer visits and contract negotiations, and prepare draft agreements, which requires maintaining and developing customer records. Your responsibilities include active new customer acquisition and developing existing customer relationships in collaboration with the local maintenance and spare parts sales team. You will work under the sales director, with weekly meetings providing opportunities for regular communication and collaboration. We hope you have experience in construction equipment sales, but candidates with other sales experience are also welcome to apply.
