Part-time practical nurse in Jyväskylä Would you like flexible and meaningful part-time work with children and clients requiring special support? We are looking for a practical nurse for part-time work in Jyväskylä, visiting clients at their homes. The start date is flexible and can be immediate based on agreement. Initially, work hours are approximately 5-10 hours per week, with the possibility to increase hours later according to the employee's wishes and client needs. Work Description The work takes place in clients' homes in the Jyväskylä area. Client visits usually last 2-3 hours each, and initially, there are about 2-3 shifts per week, mainly in the evenings on weekdays and on Saturdays. Most clients are 3-5-year-old children requiring special support. There are also adult clients with developmental disabilities. The work involves spending time with clients, playing, outdoor activities, and other shared activities in a safe and calm environment. After each visit, reporting is required. The work does not primarily include medication administration or household tasks. Requirements for the Position You may be a graduate of a practical nurse, registered nurse, or social services student. We especially value a calm approach, good interaction skills, and the ability to meet clients individually and safely. We hope you have: * Proficiency in spoken and written Finnish * Responsible and proactive attitude * Ability to work independently in clients' homes Advantages include: * Experience working with children requiring special support * Experience with developmental disabilities * Experience working with children Having a car is an advantage but not essential. The hourly wage is €15.50-17, depending on previous relevant experience. Additional pay according to collective agreement may also be provided.
