Coordinator, Tukena Aurinkolinna - Tukena Oy - Remote - Global

Tukena Aurinkolinna is a warm and welcoming home for adults with intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum conditions. The residents are mainly guided but some also need care support. The daily life is active and varied, with residents engaging in shopping, errands, and leisure activities tailored to their individual needs and wishes. The team consists of 15 social and health care professionals, supporting each other and working closely with relatives and social care networks. As a coordinator, you will organize daily customer work, support and guide residents, and develop the unit’s operations together with staff. You will also participate in customer work, assisting residents in daily tasks and leisure activities, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external networks. You will act as deputy to the unit manager, ensuring smooth operations. Requirements include a social and health care degree, customer service orientation, good communication skills, Valvira registration, hygiene pass, valid medication course, Finnish language skills, and a genuine desire to support clients’ well-being.
