With us, you can bring out your own strengths and be truly yourself as part of the team." - Unit Manager Sanna Practical nurse's work with us In this role, you know our residents deeply, you know their preferences, needs and the possibilities and limitations of their functional capacity. Our residents are elderly people, a large number of whom have memory diseases. In addition, on one ward we also have elderly people with a mental health and/or substance abuse background. As a practical nurse, the main focus of your task is assisting residents in daily activities according to their needs. Your workday consists, for example, of care and guidance for residents, implementation of medication therapy, planning and participating in the care of residents and activity activities. Employment details We are looking for three practical nurses for permanent, full-time employment. The work is mainly 2-shift work. We can agree on the start date of the employment with you. Salary In remuneration, we follow the private social services sector collective agreement. The base salary for a practical nurse, depending on experience additions, is €2,415.76-2,612.33/month (salary class G20C).
