Job Description
Korn Ferry is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to support our RPO client, a large global technology organization. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, overseeing customized RPO solutions, and ensuring quality delivery. The position is remote but requires occasional travel to Dallas, TX, with 1–2 trips per quarter. Responsibilities include creating project work plans, defining search requests, resource allocation, developing sourcing strategies, reviewing deliverables, managing client interactions, and team leadership. The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of leadership experience in talent acquisition, full cycle recruiting knowledge, familiarity with SLA/SOW, and strong communication skills. A high school diploma is required, bachelor’s preferred.
