Hotel Worker / Customer Service Employee - Kiinteistöosakeyhtiö Bankgård - Ingå, Finland

We are looking for a versatile hotel worker for Hotel Sommarvind in Inkoo. The job includes cleaning hotel rooms and preparing them for arriving guests, customer service, and maintaining the reservation calendar. Additionally, you will participate in creating and updating social media content for the hotel. The work requires initiative, good organizational skills, and a customer-oriented attitude. We value an active and careful work approach, fluent Finnish and Swedish skills, and basic English skills. Previous experience in cleaning, accommodation, or travel industries is considered an advantage, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important. Job tasks include, for example: - Cleaning hotel rooms and common areas - Maintaining the reservation calendar and handling bookings - Greeting guests and providing customer service - Updating social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) - Assisting with other daily hotel tasks as needed
