Open position located at Ylästö day care, part of the Ylästö unit, with a team of 17 professionals and support staff. The unit emphasizes inclusive leadership and a supportive, collaborative work culture. The role includes teaching and guidance for children aged 2–4 together with a kindergarten teacher and a child caregiver, with flexible participation in planning, implementation and evaluation of activities, and close cooperation with guardians.
