We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to develop key accounts in the visibility business and grow their business potential. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner and expert, offering solutions that help brands stand out in retail environments, events, and other touchpoints. You will work on diverse projects from POS solutions to large-scale event and brand implementations, combining strategic account development, commercial responsibility, and building long-term customer relationships. Your core responsibilities include managing, developing, and growing accounts; identifying customer needs and actively selling visibility solutions; preparing proposals and managing tenders with our expert network; identifying new business opportunities; coordinating demanding campaigns, events, and visibility projects from start to finish; working closely with planning, production, and other experts; and building deep customer understanding. We expect you to have strong experience in B2B sales, account management, and long-term development, with knowledge of POS solutions, retail marketing, visibility solutions, and an understanding of retail operations, brands, and campaigns. You should handle multiple projects efficiently, deliver quality results under tight deadlines, and communicate effectively in English with international clients and partners. You are self-driven, goal-oriented, and solution-focused, with a proactive approach. You can build and expand your network and work independently or as part of a team.
