Earthworks Workers for the 2026 Season - Barona Rakennus Oy

We are looking for earthworks workers for our client at several sites for the 2026 season. The work sites are mainly located in Seinäjoki, Vaasa, and their surrounding areas. The projects involve various earthmoving tasks. Main duties include excavation work, operating excavators, compaction, installing drainage pipes, installing turf, preparing bases, and other earthmoving-related tasks. Skilled machine operators may also be offered work, so if your skills are more on the machinery side, please mention this in your application. Experience with laser use and familiarity with earthmoving drawings are considered an advantage but are not mandatory. We require applicants to: - Hold a valid occupational safety card (we can assist with obtaining it if needed) - Be proficient in Finnish - Having a personal vehicle is considered an advantage We hope applicants have previous experience in infrastructure projects. The work begins in spring according to the agreement, and depending on your skills, it may continue until late autumn. Salary is based on the infrastructure sector collective agreement.
