Experienced, self-reliant professional with a valid E-license, our client is looking for you for a semi-trailer driving position. The job is permanent and starts as soon as a suitable driver is found. Our client is a stable large transportation company with diverse employment opportunities. You will be provided with reliable and modern equipment. What awaits you: Your work involves Lidl delivery tasks in the Helsinki metropolitan area. Vehicle location is Järvenpää. Driving is with a semi-trailer. Shifts vary between morning and night shifts. 34 shifts per week, with shifts scheduled for the weekend. Therefore, the driver’s weekend may fall on Monday-Tuesday. To balance a short workweek, additional driving may be arranged based on customer needs. You will load the vehicle yourself. We expect from you: CE license, professional competence, digital tachograph. Previous experience in food transportation, handling roll cages, and experience with trailer combinations. Good reversing skills, especially in tight spaces. Good Finnish language skills are required for safety reasons. Own car for commuting. We are looking for a driver who is open to changing situations. Work is performed according to customer needs. We seek a driver capable of handling changing and challenging situations, such as schedule pressures or changing weather conditions. Stay calm and solution-oriented in exceptional situations. We value that you take care of our client’s equipment and have a desire to develop your skills. Good teamwork skills with clients, scheduling, and other drivers are also appreciated. This role suits a person with good physical condition, quick reflexes, and attention to detail.
