We are seeking industrial assemblers for the maritime industry in Rauma. Would you like to be involved in building world-class maritime technology and a sustainable future for the world's seas? Our client is currently strengthening their production team in Rauma. We are looking for skilled and independent industrial assemblers / machine fitters for permanent positions. Main tasks: * Mechanical assembly and industrial construction according to technical drawings and work instructions. * Fitting components, bolting, torque tightening, and measuring clearances. * Installation of hydraulic and electrical components as part of the assembly process. * Participating in final inspections and quality assurance of finished equipment. We expect from you: * Relevant technical education, basic degree in machinery and metal industry, machine fitter, maintenance technician. * Experience in industrial assembly work, machine installation, or heavy machine shop industry. * Good visual reading skills, understanding mechanical drawings and hydraulic diagrams. * Careful, safety-oriented, and precise approach to work. * Finnish language skills, understanding of English is considered an advantage. * Clean background, as we conduct security checks on employees.
