Job Description
Revvity is seeking a Senior Customer Support Engineer to join the South Region Service Team. The individual will support reproductive health customers in the South US, primarily working in Austin, TX, with travel as needed. Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, repairing equipment, building customer relationships, managing service orders, inventory, and reporting. Qualifications include a BS/BA in engineering or STEM with 5+ years experience, or OR/AA degree with 7+ years experience. Preferred skills include experience with scientific instrumentation, OEM service, troubleshooting, and MS Office. Salary range: $73,000 - $93,500 annually. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, parental leave, 401k, stock plan.
