Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced site supervisor for permanent employment to lead demolition and renovation projects across Finland. The role is based in Kouvola, with sites nationwide, and requires willingness to travel to ensure work progresses as agreed. You will be responsible for daily site leadership, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. You will guide work crews in a practical manner and collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and other site stakeholders. Key duties include daily supervision of demolition and renovation sites, directing and coordinating teams, planning work phases and timelines, ensuring safety and work quality, communicating with clients and subcontractors, documenting sites and reporting progress, and monitoring project progress and costs. Requirements include practical experience leading construction sites, appropriate construction training (e.g., building foreman or construction engineer), strong organizational and interpersonal skills, a firm but fair leadership style, ability to manage safety and timelines, fluent Finnish, a B-class driving license, and willingness to travel nationwide. Experience with asbestos or other hazardous-material demolition is regarded as an asset, as is experience with challenging mass demolition and renovations. We offer a permanent contract, a salary around 3,500–4,000 €/month depending on experience, varied and responsible projects across Finland, a comprehensive onboarding, and support from an experienced organization.
