Senior Consultant - Trilogy International - Remote - Global

The Compensation & Benefits Senior Consultant plays a major role in our organization. This role delivers compensation and benefit insights, advises clients on how to interpret our survey results and provides strategic thought to engage clients in our full products portfolio. The Senior Consultant develops plans and efficiencies to execute on collecting salary survey data for the inclusion of base pay, bonuses, and incentives in Korn Ferry’s market leading rewards benchmarking database. This is an individual contributor role that works closely with Senior Managers to ensure the strategy of the business is executed on. Responsibilities include building client relationships, leading client calls, supporting complex reward and work measurement engagements, reviewing internal grading structures, and advising on discrepancies. The role also involves serving as the main contact for digital solutions, leading job mapping sessions, collaborating with teams to develop solutions, managing large client projects, creating training documentation, supporting data collection, researching salary levels, and directing junior team members. The ideal candidate has 4-6 years HR experience, including 2 years in compensation and benefits, proficiency in Excel, strong communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree.
