Force Elinkaaripalvelut is looking for motivated construction workers and helpers for diverse construction, demolition, and renovation projects in Southern Finland. We offer varied tasks, long-term client projects, and opportunities to develop as part of a growing and practical team. Work tasks include construction and renovation work, demolition work, helper tasks in construction, material transfers and logistics, maintaining site cleanliness, and other supportive tasks in construction. We hope you have an energetic and proactive attitude, reliability and a good attitude, ability to work independently and as part of a team, a valid occupational safety card or willingness to obtain one, and experience in construction is an advantage but the right attitude is key.
