Job Description
We are looking for an energetic Key Account Manager to join Puntan Smart Locker client team. In this role, you will actively manage and develop customer relationships. This is a key commercial-technical role, responsible for order-to-delivery processes and managing individual projects from start to finish to production. Proficiency in Finnish and functional English skills, understanding of information technology, and clear communication both internally and with customers are key success factors. Your tasks include overall management of customer relationships and order-to-delivery process from order to delivery, development of existing customer relationships, and managed leadership and execution of individual new customer projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Who is this role suitable for? You have experience in Key Account Management or B2B sales roles, understand the basics of information technology, can manage order backlog and multiple customer relationships carefully, see projects through to completion and do not leave projects hanging, and take responsibility for your own customer accounts.
