Customer Acquisition Representative - Ideko Suomi Oy - Oulu, Finland

We are looking for new customer acquisition representatives for our Oulu office. Our everyday work is relaxed but goal-oriented, and we work together, help each other, and celebrate successes as a team! In your role, you will be an important part of the customer's first experience with Ideko. You will start the conversation and create a good atmosphere from the very beginning. What does the job involve? - Contact customers by phone and discuss their situation - Identify customer needs and generate interest - Schedule appointments for our designers - Work with ready-made, functional tools - Receive continuous support and coaching from your team The work is straightforward and easy to get started with. No previous experience is required.
