We are looking for an experienced unit manager to lead a new elderly community housing unit in Lahti, opening in autumn 2026. The role involves overall responsibility for service quality, smooth operations, and team leadership of about 12 staff members, including a supervisor, community coordinator, and assistants. The candidate should have strong experience in elderly care services, leadership skills, financial management, system proficiency, and networking abilities.
