Job Description

Korn Ferry is looking for a Senior Solution Architect to lead the design and development of Talent Suite products. The role involves interpreting business requirements, defining operational and technical solutions, collaborating with vendors and stakeholders, and supporting the transition from pre-sales to implementation. The ideal candidate has over 12 years of experience in solution design and architecture, excellent collaboration skills, deep knowledge of enterprise tech ecosystems including HR tech, CRM, ATS, and HCM/HRIS, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
