Head of Results Unit, Real Estate Data - Maanmittauslaitos

The National Land Survey of Finland is reorganizing its structure and operations starting from the beginning of 2027. Approximately 1,800 employees work across various service points nationwide. As part of this reform, we are establishing a national Results Unit for Real Estate Data. The Results Unit for Real Estate Data is responsible for producing, maintaining, and improving up-to-date and high-quality real estate information in the land register, mortgage register, and real estate register. The unit also manages the purchase price register, the transaction confirmation register, and the private road register. Additionally, the unit oversees the guidelines, subject matter, and system support and development for the entire Real Estate sector, as well as handling complex customer inquiries. The unit is led by a unit manager. It is divided into responsibility areas led by responsible area managers. The Real Estate Data Results Unit comprises eight service areas, which are either national or regional. The selected individual will start as a project manager from October 1 to December 31, 2026, after which they will transition to the role of Results Unit Manager. As the Results Unit Manager, you will be responsible for leading the national Results Unit and developing services in accordance with set objectives. As a member of the leadership team of the Real Estate sector, you will participate in sector development and governance. You will ensure that customer needs guide the development of services and products. You will promote and develop the Digital Services of the National Land Survey of Finland to enable smooth and customer-oriented multi-channel and unified service experiences. In your role as Results Unit Manager, you will also organize, plan, and monitor the unit’s operations, lead personnel, and improve the efficiency and quality of services. You will also represent your field in domestic and international stakeholder networks.
