One of the world's most popular restaurants is looking for an assistant restaurant manager! We are seeking an assistant restaurant manager for Hesburger Hyvinkää Keskusta on a permanent basis. The working hours are 80 hours per 3 weeks. We offer flexible working hours to suit your situation. The salary is €15.73-17.06 per hour depending on your experience. Our supervisors have a bonus pay system in addition to hourly wages. We also offer Epass benefits for culture, sports, and well-being, which can be up to €600 annually. As an assistant restaurant manager, you are part of the restaurant's management team and responsible for the overall operation and results together with the restaurant manager. You develop your own and staff's skills, and are responsible for staff's professional competence. You organize and direct restaurant operations as the right hand to the restaurant manager.
