Join the Korpilampi team! We are hiring a registered nurse to strengthen the Korpilampi team in Espoo. We organize rehabilitation and adjustment courses for both children and adults at Korpilampi. Your responsibilities include individual meetings with clients and leading group sessions, making the role varied and engaging. You will act as a client supervisor and oversee the implementation of rehabilitation. The rehabilitation is carried out according to Kela's service descriptions, and you will have the opportunity to utilize your skills and strengths, for example, by influencing group content. You will become part of a skilled, enthusiastic, multidisciplinary team that actively develops our rehabilitation services. The multidisciplinary team allows for diverse learning from each other in daily work. The team’s service manager is also a rehabilitation professional and ensures that daily operations run smoothly. The position is permanent and full-time. We also consider applicants interested in part-time work. We hope you can start by July 27, 2026, or at the latest in early August. The work is performed on-site at Hotel Korpilampi, located at Korpilammentie 5. Please note that having a car facilitates commuting due to limited public transportation. To succeed in this role, you need: - A degree as a registered nurse and a valid license from the National Supervisory Authority for Welfare and Health. - Experience working with client groups of different ages is considered an advantage. Neuropsychiatric and psychiatric expertise are also valued. - Valid first aid (EA1) training. - A flexible, resource-oriented approach and a positive attitude. - Sufficient IT skills to handle written tasks smoothly. We use an easy-to-use client information system, and training will be provided. - Vaccination against infectious diseases to ensure client safety. - The selected candidate must present a criminal record extract as required by the Social and Health Care Act.
