We are looking for results-driven individuals for the Central Finland region as corporate insurance sales agents, whom we call our own insurance people. In this role, you operate independently as an entrepreneur, for example under a sole proprietorship or limited company. Your role involves advising corporate clients on risk identification and protection, and managing customer relationships throughout the entire customer lifecycle. You will meet clients at our Jyväskylä contact point, online, or at clients' premises. You will use the Jyväskylä office for client meetings and work. You represent Pohjantähti in all interactions and strengthen the company's local recognition. We expect you to have a strong passion for sales and customer development, excellent interaction skills, a desire to commit to targeted customer acquisition and relationship management, motivation to achieve goals, and excellent spoken and written Finnish. You should be ready to operate as an entrepreneur, responsible for your results, and able to influence your income. You will plan and lead your daily work, utilize Pohjantähti's ready-made products, marketing, and support to grow your business.
