Join a multidisciplinary team for the summer, where well-being is at the core. Choose the most suitable location for you from: Loimaa, Pöytyä, Salo, Somero, Turku, Parainen-Kemiönsaari Your tasks As a practical nurse, you will work with a rehabilitative approach with the elderly in a home-based rehabilitative assessment period within a team. The goal is to support clients in living at home. The work is diverse and based on the individual plan and goals of each client. Your responsibilities include implementing the rehabilitation plan, providing basic and medication care, and daily documentation and preparation of care/service plans. What we expect from you We expect you to have a rehabilitative work approach and a desire to work with the elderly, a valid LOVe medication license, familiarity with the RAI assessment system, and good IT skills. The role requires good spoken and written Finnish. In the Parainen-Kemiönsaari team, you should also speak Swedish. You also need a driver’s license and the ability to use your own car.
