In Finland we employ over 550 people across 24 department stores at peak season, and in 2025 we opened new Biltema stores in Kouvola, Porvoo and Lohja, with Hämeenlinna opening in February 2026 and further growth planned – next Biltema stores in Oulu, Joensuu and Kokkola for fall 2026. We are looking for energetic part-time sales assistants for Kempele who will work flexibly in both the cafe and the store. The positions are permanent and average hours are about 10 h/week. In Biltema Café you will provide top-class customer service, operate the cash register, prepare and display café items, and maintain inviting presentation. In-store duties include customer service at both the store and customer service point, cashier work, unloading, stocking and maintaining store cleanliness. We expect: sales- and customer-service mindset, good communication skills, being at least 18 years old for our products, willingness to work all shifts (morning, evening and weekends), hygiene certificate or willingness to obtain one (employer provides training), experience in retail customer service and café operations is a plus, and Finnish and/or Swedish language skills to serve customers in all service scenarios.
