We are seeking CNC machinists for a well-regarded client in Tampere. There is demand for both lathe and milling specialists, so we are interested in both. The facility runs short and long series. Quality requirements are high, so the use of various measuring instruments should be familiar. The machines mostly run Siemens or Fanuc controls. Operators program themselves with GibbsCam, so programming skills are expected. The work currently runs in a 3-shift pattern Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week, so willingness to work night shifts is essential. Starting wages will be between €15 and €19 per hour depending on the candidate’s experience and skills. Work begins as soon as a suitable person is found, and a permanent position is being offered.
