Property Maintenance Worker - Wulff Works Oy - Tampere, Finland

We are looking for a proactive and energetic property maintenance worker for our client to perform a variety of property maintenance tasks. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the daily functionality and general upkeep of properties, as well as performing various maintenance and repair tasks. The position includes diverse property maintenance tasks such as outdoor area care, minor repairs and maintenance, and routine tasks related to technical upkeep of properties. Tasks also include filter replacements, meter readings and reporting, and other daily property maintenance activities. Requirements include a proactive and independent work attitude, ability to work independently and as part of a team, interest in practical maintenance and upkeep tasks, and a B driving license. Preferred qualifications include previous experience in property maintenance or similar roles, technical skills and experience with minor repairs, and experience with machinery or equipment used in property maintenance.
