We are seeking an Interior Phase Supervisor for our client on a new construction site. Responsibilities: * Planning and daily management of interior phase work * Scheduling work phases and monitoring production * Supervising and coordinating subcontractors * Ensuring safety, quality, and cost-efficiency * Coordinating material deliveries and resources Requirements: * Construction industry education (e.g., construction foreman or civil engineer) * Experience in site supervision for new construction projects * Specific experience in managing interior phase work * Good organizational and communication skills * Fluent Finnish language skills Please send your application with salary expectations and references via the link below.
