Production Worker for Cleaning Line in Pirkkala - SOL Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy

We are currently seeking a production worker for our client in Pirkkala for the cleaning line during evening shifts. As a production worker, you will independently handle the cleaning and disinfection of products on the line for the client and their customers. Your tasks include machine-based cleaning, testing product functionality, hanging products to dry, and possibly performing simple maintenance tasks. You will contribute to meeting quality targets. You will be part of a small, friendly team. Previous experience in a similar role is not required, but a proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt are important. Good computer skills are also necessary, as you will record observations in the client’s system. A good customer service attitude is also preferred, as you may communicate directly with customers via email or phone regarding products. The workplace is located with good transportation links in Pirkkala, so owning a car is not necessary. The work is mainly during daytime or evening shifts on weekdays. The working hours are variable, and the contract will specify 20-35 hours per week. The position follows the retail sector collective agreement, with a minimum wage of approximately €12/hour, with experience taken into account and final salary determined accordingly. The start date is immediate, ideally by June at the latest. The work is available until the end of November 2026. You will receive comprehensive training initially to perform your tasks independently. The selected candidate will be employed on a fixed-term agency contract through SOL Henkilöstöpalvelut.
