Job Description
The role involves providing remote monitoring through online connections: you will monitor and control building automation systems in customer properties, ensuring indoor air quality and energy consumption, reporting on the service, and participating as part of an expert team. You will be part of the customer service center team and maintain continuous contact with property maintenance staff and clients. Customer properties are mainly in Finland's largest cities. Process management is carried out both remotely and on-site visits, so the role requires readiness to travel. Additionally, your duties include establishing remote connections, participating in solving various IT challenges, and possibly visiting sites. You will also contribute to the development of remote monitoring services and other expert tasks within the unit. In this role, you will utilize your building automation expertise, customer-oriented approach, and good communication skills. A relevant degree in building automation, HVAC, or energy technology provides a solid foundation for success. Since you will work in customer environments, a clean background is required. Our clients may conduct security checks on personnel working at properties. What do we expect from you? - You have a suitable education in building automation, HVAC, or energy technology. - You have experience working with clients and enjoy collaborating with customers. - You understand building energy flows and want to promote energy-efficient solutions. - Building automation and building technology processes are familiar to you from practical work. - You are proficient with IT tools and communicate fluently in Finnish and English. - You work well in a team, take initiative, and can work independently. - You have a B driver's license and access to a personal vehicle. - Programming skills and interest in IT and cybersecurity are considered an advantage. You will succeed if you have a results-oriented and customer service-minded approach.
