Excavator Operator - Visio Health - Nurmijärvi, Finland

We are looking for an excavator operator for fiber optic cable excavation work in Nurmijärvi! An operator is sought for the upcoming season's fixed-term employment for fiber optic cable excavations in the Nurmijärvi area. Depending on the site, there may be a tracked or wheeled machine, so versatile experience with different excavators is a plus. Experience in fiber optic cable excavation is not necessarily required, but experience in the earthworks industry should be present. The work itself includes groundworks for fiber optic network installations, construction of weather-resistant fiber networks, and occasionally jumping from the excavator controls to a shovel when the situation requires. Work starts practically immediately upon finding the right person and is available at least until the snow arrives, and possibly longer. If you have the following, you may be the person we are looking for: - Experience in the earthworks industry is an advantage, experience in fiber optic cable work is a big plus - we are primarily looking for a doer with a good attitude, but experience is not a disadvantage - Valid professional cards (occupational safety card and road safety card) - if not held, this must be sorted out before starting work. - Good Finnish language skills - the language of supervision is Finnish. - High work ethic – the work is independent and you are responsible for your own work quality. - Good social skills – you get along with people even in tight spots.
