Piano Teaching Main Subject Teacher Substitute Kuhmo Music Institute is a community where students and teachers enjoy working. You will be part of developing a thriving Kuhmo Music Institute. We work closely with early childhood education, basic education, and upper secondary education. The work environment at Kuhmo Music Institute offers excellent facilities. You will be part of a friendly work community that provides support and ideas as needed. The teaching hours are at least 16 hours per week, but likely more. The exact number of hours will be confirmed at the beginning of the autumn semester. We require the selected candidate to have an enthusiastic approach to teaching, good knowledge of the curriculum, teamwork skills, good workplace skills, and a developmental mindset. Kuhmo Music Institute offers basic art education in music with a comprehensive syllabus and general syllabus in dance. Teaching is organized in Kuhmo and Sotkamo. The available piano teaching substitute is located in Kuhmo and Sotkamo. Qualifications are based on the decree on the qualifications of education personnel (no 986/1998). Salary and teaching duties are determined according to OVTES. The position is filled on a six (6) month trial period. Applications are submitted through Kuntarekry. The selected candidate must submit a valid medical certificate of health, a criminal record extract as required by law (504/2002) concerning work with children, and original certificates within 30 days of the decision.
