Shelf Stocking Team Leader, Tornio - Joblink Oy - Tornio, Finland

We are looking for a team leader for the shelf stocking team in the daily goods trade in Tornio. You are a flexible, energetic, and proactive person eager to work in responsible tasks. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career. Tasks include stocking in the daily goods store, leading the team in practical work, and guiding new and existing employees. Administrative tasks involve contact with employees and customers, scheduling, and goal tracking. The work is varied, fast-paced, and requires precision, carefulness, good physical condition, and endurance. Customer service is a key part of the job, as stocking is often done while the store is open, and customers are assisted during work. The work hours are flexible Monday to Friday, starting at 07:00. You will receive all necessary training before your first shifts. We expect previous experience in retail and fluent Finnish. The position is part-time, about 25 hours per week, with salary according to collective agreement plus responsibility bonus. The employment is permanent.
