Shift Manager Hesburger, Prisma Kirkkonummi - Hesburger - Remote - Global

We are hiring a shift manager for Hesburger at Prisma Kirkkonummi to work until the end of the year (20-30 hours per week). The restaurant is part of the new Prisma Kirkkonummi food court. The shift manager will oversee restaurant operations with the team, including customer service, orders, product quality, and sales targets. Responsibilities include organizing and leading your own shift, ensuring smooth daily operations, and maintaining high service standards. We value proactive work attitude, good teamwork skills, positive mindset, leadership by example, customer service orientation, previous restaurant experience, and hygienic pass. Ability to work flexible shifts during all opening hours is required. Proficiency in both Finnish and Swedish is an advantage.
