Job Description
Korn Ferry is seeking a remote based Senior Talent Acquisition Director to support our RPO client, a large global technology organization. The Senior Talent Acquisition Director will contribute to growth and profitability goals by delivering best in class recruitment services to our client. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope to include oversight and support of the customized RPO solution. Key responsibilities include creating and executing project work plans, defining search requests, resource management, sourcing strategies, client relationship management, and business development. The role requires leadership experience, stakeholder management skills, and familiarity with recruiting metrics.
