Electrical Designer - Coresbond Oy - Tampere, Finland

We are looking for an electrical designer to strengthen our team in the development of electrical systems related to commercial vehicles. In this role, you will work on demanding projects for our client partners, from concept to production. We participate in advanced product development projects where digitalization and electrification, reliability, and usability are genuine aspects of everyday quality, not just hype. Your tasks include, among others: - Defining technical solutions for electrical and wiring harness design of commercial vehicles and work machines - Designing and documenting electrical systems (e.g., creating electrical diagrams and wiring diagrams) - Developing electrical design as part of product development - Collaborating closely with customer organizations and other stakeholders, such as mechanical and automation designers, as well as production - Component selection, creating product structures, and providing technical support during manufacturing - Quality assurance and meeting technical requirements We expect from you: - Suitable engineering or diploma engineering education - Skills in CAD tools (e.g., E3, VertexED) - Experience in electrical design tasks - Good problem-solving and customer service skills - Ability to work independently and in a team - Fluent Finnish and English language skills It is an advantage if you have: - Experience with vehicle electrical systems (e.g., low and high voltage systems) - Experience in electrical design for commercial vehicles and work machines - Experience with special vehicles, electrification projects, and architecture design - Experience in project management and development of design processes Why choose us?
