About the position As an Integration Engineer at Oriola, you will design and oversee build of business‑critical integrations across our current legacy IFS landscape and our future SAP environment. You work end‑to‑end with integrations lifecycle, from requirements and solution design to build, testing, deployment, and production support together with our partners. A key part of the role is supporting the our ERP transformation programme, including the transition from IFS to SAP S/4HANA ERP and EWM, while keeping existing integrations stable during the change. In the future landscape you will use SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite as the primary integration platform and collaborate closely with business teams, IT colleagues, and external partners. In the transition period you will work with the IFS landscape incl. BizTalk. The role combines hands‑on development with productions support in case of mission critical issues, documentation, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities
- Design and oversee build of business-critical integrations across legacy IFS and SAP environments
- Support ERP transformation including transition from IFS to SAP S/4HANA and EWM
- Use SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite as primary platforms
- Collaborate with business teams, IT, and external partners
- Support legacy‑to‑SAP migrations and onboarding of new partners
- Combine hands-on development with production support, documentation, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience developing and supporting enterprise integrations (APIs, messaging/events, file/EDI), including troubleshooting in production
- Practical experience with SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration) or a similar iPaaS platforms; able to design, build and operate integration flows
- Experience working with both legacy ERP integrations (e.g. IFS or similar) and modern SAP S/4HANA landscapes in parallel
- Basic knowledge of BizTalk and its main artifacts
- Good understanding and experience on EDIFACT and other EDI standards
- Understanding of SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP EWM integrations, including core logistics and finance data flows
- Experience supporting legacy‑to‑SAP migrations, including cutover activities and onboarding new partners during transition
- Strong grasp of integration patterns, reliability, monitoring, error handling, performance, and security
- Comfortable working in an agile/DevOps setup with version control, CI/CD, and clear technical documentation
