Senior Applied AI Scientist - Bentley Systems - Remote - Global

As a Senior Applied AI Scientist at Bentley Systems, you will develop innovative AI solutions for smart infrastructure, participate in new product development, and collaborate with Data Scientists. Your responsibilities include developing AI/ML algorithms, analyzing workflows, staying updated with research, data acquisition, data quality analysis, data cleaning, model performance measurement, reporting, and presenting results. Qualifications include a BSc, MSc, or PhD in machine learning or related field, at least 6 years of R&D experience in machine learning including deep learning, experience with Large Language Models, practical ML applications, programming in Python, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, Llamaindex, DSPy, GraphRAG, problem-solving skills, quick learning ability, cloud experience (Azure, AWS), and fluency in English.
