Esperi Koti Männistö offers around-the-clock assisted living for adults with developmental disabilities, with 17 resident places in a peaceful rural environment in Haapajärvi. The team creates a warm, home-like atmosphere, focusing on individual needs and active daily life. As a care worker, your tasks include supporting residents' independence, assisting with daily activities, outdoor activities, and medication management if qualified. The role involves guiding and basic care tailored to each resident, participating in daily arrangements and activities, and working as part of a professional team. The position is flexible, based on a framework agreement, with pay according to the private social services sector collective agreement. The hourly wage for a care assistant is €13.56, and for a practical nurse €14.82, paid twice a month. Requirements include a valid hygiene passport, infectious disease vaccination, good Finnish language skills, and a positive, proactive attitude. Experience in developmental disabilities and valid medication rights are advantageous.
