Part-time Customer Service Representative, Helsinki - Visio Professional Oy - Helsinki, Finland

We are looking for a part-time customer service representative for reception, café, and ticket services at the Kaapelitehdas cultural center's info desk and Kaapelitehdas Café. The info desk and ticket sales are located in the main hall of Kaapelitehdas in Lasipihalla, serving all visitors of the building. The info desk collaborates closely with the three museums, Dance House, and other operators within the building. Kaapelitehdas Café is the heart and living room of Kaapelitehdas, welcoming all visitors and tenants. Your responsibilities include selling tickets for the three museums at Kaapelitehdas, Museum Card sales, product sales, reporting, and close cooperation with the museums; selling products and maintaining the gift shop; tasks at the info desk (guiding visitors and key handover); ticket handling for other operators (using Tixly system); café work; and tasks related to events and functions at Kaapelitehdas Café. We hope you have relevant education and work experience in reception services, café or restaurant work, museum, info, or retail sectors, with strong experience in museum customer service. You should have a professional and friendly customer-oriented attitude, long-term commitment, proactive approach, stress tolerance, and the ability to work independently even in busy times. Strong communication skills, initiative, courage to try new things, enthusiasm for developing services, and the ability to make independent decisions are required. Proficiency in Finnish and English; knowledge of Swedish is an advantage.
