Job Description

Ultimo builds enterprise asset management software for organisations where physical assets sit at the heart of operations. Our software helps customers improve uptime, reduce operational risk, strengthen compliance, and increase asset performance. The business has strong foundations, a growing customer base, and a recognised market position. We're hiring an Account Executive to drive net-new customer acquisition across a mixed commercial territory. This is a true hunting role focused on creating opportunities, building relationships, and winning new customers. As an Account Executive, you will own new business acquisition, build and execute targeted account plans, create pipeline through outbound prospecting, identify and qualify opportunities, lead sales conversations, conduct discovery, manage opportunities from first contact to close, and collaborate with teams. The role offers high autonomy, direct access to leadership, and influence on growth strategies. Qualifications include proven success in B2B SaaS or software sales, full sales cycle ownership, outbound prospecting skills, stakeholder engagement, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. Experience in asset-intensive environments is advantageous but not essential.
