Your Role As a practical nurse in home care, you support our clients' safe and good daily lives in their own homes. Your work is versatile, responsible, and varied – no two days are the same. Your duties include, among other things: - holistic care of clients and assistance in daily activities - implementation of medication management and monitoring of health status - maintaining functional capacity and utilizing a rehabilitative approach - cooperation with clients, relatives, and a multidisciplinary team - planning, evaluation, and documentation of care.
