We are looking for salespeople for a fixed-term position at Luhta Outlet Oulu City Center: 1 person approximately 15 hours/week and 2 persons approximately 10 hours/week. As a salesperson, you will be responsible for customer service, following the chain’s customer promise and customer satisfaction goals. You will implement the sales process according to the chain’s concept. Our company values internal entrepreneurship, renewal, teamwork, and responsibility, guiding how we achieve our goals. The positions are fixed-term. We operate on a 26-week smoothing period. The contract lasts until December 27, 2027. How will you succeed? You are motivated by achieving top results and ready to work for them. Applicants must be of legal age and fluent in Finnish. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.
