Helasteel Oy is seeking Welders for Lapua. We are looking for motivated and skilled welders for our client company Helasteel Oy to join our team in permanent positions. The recruitment is carried out in collaboration with Helasteel Oy and Wulff Works, with applications and potential contacts managed by Wulff Works to streamline the workload. The work will start according to agreement, possibly immediately after suitable candidates are found. In this role, you will participate in the manufacturing of various steel structures and metal products according to drawings. The work includes MIG/MAG welding and requires high-quality and precise work as part of the production team. You may be an experienced welding professional or someone at the beginning of your career with skills acquired through education or practical experience. Reading drawings is an important strength, and we value a proactive attitude as well as the willingness and readiness to demonstrate your skills through a possible trial weld. The job requires you to be of legal age and able to work independently, but also to collaborate smoothly with the rest of the team. Safe working practices are an absolute requirement.
