Junior Manager - Tervarit Juniorit ry

Are you interested in developing the conditions for junior football? We are now looking for a Junior Manager to join our team. As a Junior Manager, you will play an important role in promoting children's and youth's recreational and competitive sports, as well as supporting coaches and volunteers. Your responsibilities include planning, developing, and implementing the club's activities for beginner age groups, including Nappulakoulu and Perhefutis. Practical tasks involve organizing football schools, supporting coaches, establishing new teams, and collaborating with kindergartens and schools. You will be a key figure in ensuring that our football activities are of high quality from a young age. We expect applicants to have: - Excellent organizational skills and initiative - Passion for developing their own skills and junior football activities - Experience in children's and youth's sports or physical activity - Coaching skills - Good communication and collaboration skills - Proficiency in Finnish and English Advantages include: - UEFA C or higher football coaching qualification from the Football Association of Finland - Education in education and/or sports sciences - Experience in club activities - Training skills - Good communication skills We offer a supportive work community and opportunities for development and training based on your interests. The position can be full-time or part-time. Tervarit Juniorit ry follows the collective agreement for sports clubs related to the Sports Organizations' Collective Agreement. The salary for a full-time employee is based on the aforementioned collective agreement's difficulty level C (base salary €2471.75). Tervarit Juniorit is an Oulu-based football club with approximately 500 players this year, from young children to adults, including a special needs football group. The club also offers apprenticeship training positions, work trial placements, and part-time coaching roles.
