Job Description
The LATAM Compensation, Benefits & International Mobility Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating regional compensation, benefits, and international mobility processes across LATAM, ensuring alignment with Group policies while adapting to local market and legal requirements. Based in Sorocaba and reporting to the LATAM Total Rewards Manager, the role acts as a regional interface between local HR teams, and Corporate Rewards, with strong operational ownership and regional coordination responsibilities. Responsibilities include coordinating salary reviews, supporting HR teams, managing equity programs, maintaining reward data, supporting benchmarking activities, ensuring compliance, supporting audits, coordinating international assignments, liaising with vendors, tracking costs, and acting as a regional coordinator.
