Production Workers for Food Industry - Workpower Teollisuus Oy

We are currently hiring production workers for our client in Kirkkonummi, in the food industry. Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage, but the most important qualities are a proactive attitude, careful work habits, and a desire to learn. You will receive comprehensive training, allowing you to start your work safely with the support of an experienced team. Our client is a long-established food industry company that produces high-quality products for consumers and the food industry. The company emphasizes quality production, responsible operations, and the development of its staff’s skills. Your workday As a production worker, your daily tasks will include a variety of production and packaging duties in the food industry. You will work on production and packaging lines, operating various production and packaging machines and monitoring their operation. You will ensure product quality and that products meet the set quality standards. You will also participate in other production tasks. The job requires precision, carefulness, and adherence to hygiene, quality, and safety regulations in the food industry. The work may involve physical exertion, so good physical condition is necessary. Previous experience in the food industry or production work is a plus but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided. The work is mainly in two shifts, but flexibility to work in three shifts is required if needed. The employment is temporary until the end of 2026, with start date to be agreed. Salary is based on the Food Industry Collective Agreement.
