We are looking for a shearer for thin sheet metal work in the Pori area for our growing and financially stable client company. In this role, you will perform various sheet metal tasks and be involved in product and production development – we are not just looking for a worker, but a professional who wants to advance and develop. You will succeed in this role if: - You understand the basics of technical drawings and can read diagrams - You have good spatial awareness and confidence in measuring - You are interested in thin sheet metal work and mechanical manufacturing - You work proactively and independently, but also enjoy working in a team - You want to develop your skills and working methods Previous experience in shearing is desirable, but motivation and willingness to learn more are most important.
