We are recruiting an Office Assistant for our company Asrax Oy. Asrax has been operating in the construction sector since 2019. Our company employs approximately 30-40 workers with varying roles. We primarily subcontract scaffolding, construction work, and tiling, but also undertake other subcontracting tasks. Our construction sites vary somewhat. As an Office Assistant, your task is to act as the right hand to management in the office. You will handle invoicing for purchases and sales, documents, order processing, payroll, and time tracking system monitoring. You will communicate with current and new clients via phone and email, manage contracts and orders, and perform other office duties. The employment is full-time and permanent, but initially part-time work can also be arranged if needed. The workplace is located in Kilo, Espoo.
